The 905 Circle (A Creative Collective for 20 Somethings)

Hey! I’m Chinenye — a 23-year-old poet, singer, and recent grad who’s always loved art, expression, and deep convos over good coffee. But let’s be honest: Oakville (as peaceful as it is) isn’t exactly overflowing with creative spaces for people in their 20s. Sometimes it feels like the town belongs to retirees, SUVs, and baby strollers — and if you’re anything like me, finding your people here hasn’t always been easy.

That’s why I created the 905 Circle: a community for local creatives, dreamers, new grads, and artsy souls who are craving real connection. Not formal networking — but genuine, creative friendship. Whether you’re into poetry, music, photography, film, design, journaling, or just enjoy being around creative energy, this space is for you.

We host casual hangouts, art crawls, open mics, coffee shop meetups, and creative exploration days. Most events take place in Oakville and Hamilton — the two homes of our growing creative community — with occasional adventures into Burlington and Mississauga (because the art scenes across the 905 always surprise us).

Open to ideas, open to collaboration, and open to building something meaningful together.
