#1 EVENING WALK 1 HOUR - DISCOVERY TRAIL - GARDNER PARK

It is time finally for some variety in the evening walks as daylight savings has arrived. Erika has kindly volunteered to be the host for these walks. If you have any questions for her please email her via meetup message or myself.......Beverly

CHECK THE MAP.
Look for the Gardner Park sign...there are 2 entrances...the one we use is off of Livingstone Avenue NOT GARDNER AVENUE. If you know the area you can walk to the Livingstone Avenue parking lot from Gardner Avenue but you should give yourself some extra time to walk to the Livingstone parking lot.

We will meet in the Gardner Park parking lot ..or Fish Trap Creek as it is sometimes called (CHECK THE MAP ) and start our 1 hour walk from there. The Discovery Trail is a very long trail going through Abbotsford which I have broken up into six 1 hour sections plus 3 other park trails for our evening walks for a total of 9 areas we can walk in the evening during daylight saving for variety.

We will walk to Maclure Rd and back.
Wear proper clothing for the weather and comfortable shoes/runners.
Water is important to bring once the weather gets warmer.
