#8 EVENING WALK 1 HOUR - DISCOVERY TRAIL - Mc MILLAN & HIGH DRIVE

We will meet at the trailhead on High Drive, just around the corner from McMillan Rd, there is plenty of room to park on McMillan Rd.

There is a long gradual incline to this walk and it is open, no shade. On a hot day it can be quite warm, you may want to bring some water for sure and a hat.

This is the last of the Discovery Trail sections. 6 sections in all plus 3 parks (Mill Lake-Willband & Clayburn Creek....temporarily closed) giving you a 8 week variety which is alternated over the summer until we are stuck with the Stadium area walk in the dark over winter. 6 months Discovery Trail & Parks and 6 months Stadium. ALL GOOD FOR FITNESS AND WALKNG WITH FRIENDS IS SO GOOD FOR YOU!!
