Her Petal: Women’s Health Book Club with Author Aaliyah Olivia

Join The Abundant Woman for the first meeting in our women’s health book-club series, beginning with Her Petal by Aaliyah Olivia.
Her Petal explores women’s wellness, healing and self-discovery, encouraging women to listen to their bodies, release shame and reconnect with themselves.

    Inside, you will discover:

Holistic approaches to managing menstrual health, PCOS, fibroids and more
Plant-based support through teas, foods and supplements
    Safer alternatives for menstrual care
Wellness rituals, affirmations, and lifestyle shifts to support body and mind
A warm, encouraging voice to walk alongside you through every season of womanhood
This is more than a health book — it is a soft place to land, and a gentle invitation to bloom.

We’re delighted that Aaliyah will be joining us live for this special online event. Together, we’ll explore the themes within the book, share our reflections and hear directly from Aaliyah about the inspiration behind Her Petal. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and join a supportive conversation about women’s health and wellbeing.
