What we’re about

This group is for anyone who enjoys getting out at the weekends (mostly based around Dublin for now) to do something active and try something new.

Events will be a mix of activities such as hikes, runs, sauna sessions, HIIT, Hyrox, cycling, sea dips, yoga, and more. The goal is to encourage people to try activities they may not have done before, with a rotating schedule of runs and hikes, always combined with a strong social element.

Open to all fitness levels. No pressure. Join whether you want to take part, try something new, or simply stay updated on what’s happening.

The group will evolve over time, but this is where it starts.
