The ADHD dopamine seekers

This is a safe, fun place for neuro divergent people, particularly ADHD ridden folks to have a space to socialise, talk, be themselves, and to be able to go out without the feeling of social dread and the obligation of having to belong in a typical social space.

We also welcome anyone who wishes for to undertand more about ADHD for their near and dear ones, to provide them more support.

We will be doing activities ranging from a quiet, controlled meetup to pub, books, coffee crawls etc all the way to hikes; physical and social activities that brings us dopamine and support in a wholesome, friendly manner where everyone feels like they belong.

Our aim:

• Inclusiveness: We do not care about background, identity, nationality, gender etc. We don't even care if you're neuro divergent or not. All we expect is for everyone to be respectful and understanding of where the other person comes from. This bit is non-negotiable and we'll kick out anyone who's discriminative
• Respect for boundaries: We are a social group but not a dating one. While it's okay to aim to make connections, whichever way, but please be respectful to the other person's boundaries. Creeps will be booted out very quickly
• Discussions with kindness: We aim to use this group for people to share their experiences and maybe help others out by providing them a platform to express themselves, see how they can deal with the challenges they face everyday. The important bit here is to listen to another person without being judgemental on their life experiences. Unless the views are of bigotry or hate speech (booted out again)
• Fun: The main aim of this group is to enjoy in a relaxed, non-judgemenatal environment. We will be doing all sorts of activities; hikes, pub crawls, book readings, board games, online discussions, museum visits (anything and everything), so there's going to be something for everyone to enjoy. The main aim is to have a good time while supporting each other :)
