What we’re about

The ADHD Nest is a welcoming, low-pressure community for adults with ADHD (and ADHD traits) who are looking for connection, understanding, and practical support without shame, judgment, or the need to “fix” themselves.

Many ADHD adults know what they want or need to do… but struggle with follow-through, consistency, or emotional overwhelm. This group exists to normalize that experience and offer gentle support, shared strategies, and community along the way.

✨ What you’ll find in The ADHD Nest:
• A supportive community of ADHD adults
• Education about how the ADHD brain actually works
• Body-doubling and accountability sessions
• Nervous system regulation and emotional support
• Space to share experiences and learn from others

🌿 What this group is not:
• This is not therapy
• This is not a crisis or trauma-processing group
• This does not replace professional mental health care

It is a peer-support and educational community designed to help you feel less alone and more capable in daily life.

🧠 Who this group is for:
• Adults with ADHD or ADHD traits
• Women who feel overlooked, misunderstood, or burned out
• People who want support without being pathologized
• Anyone craving community, structure, and gentle accountability

Participation is always optional. Listening quietly is welcome.
You do not need to have your life together to belong here.

🌙 About the Nest

The Nest is a place to land, regroup, and rebuild at your own pace. Growth doesn’t happen in a straight line — and that’s okay.

You’re welcome exactly as you are.
