Details
This upcoming Playing with Movement experience is centered around a powerful idea: when one member of a family begins to shift, the entire family system feels it.
Many of us carry the belief that family patterns are fixed. That wounds are permanent. That certain dynamics will never change. This space gently challenges that belief.
Through somatic dance, playful movement, and guided belief rewriting, we will explore how change can begin within your own body and ripple outward into your relationships. Even in families that feel distant, estranged, or complicated, the nervous system remains deeply connected. When you shift, your system shifts. And the people around you adjust in ways both subtle and profound.
This is not about forcing change onto others. It is about creating safety, softness, and regulation within yourself so new possibilities can exist inside the family structure.
In this women-only space, you will be guided through movement practices that help release stored emotional tension, reconnect you to your body, and open space for new beliefs about what family healing can look like. Play becomes the vehicle. The body becomes the doorway. And transformation happens in a way that feels organic, embodied, and deeply supportive.
No dance experience is needed. No perfect family is required. Only a willingness to let your play ripple through your family.
(Note: Once you RSVP, I’ll send you a private message with a quick registration form to finalize your spot.)
