This session drops the party into a shadowy urban landscape — neon lights, asphalt streets, and a city that hums with tension beneath the surface.
You’re summoned to meet Copper, a goblin fixer with sharp wit, dry humor, and complicated history. Copper doesn’t work with respectable guilds — and the job he’s offering is one they won’t touch.
Something is wrong.
A mysterious plague is spreading through the region, destabilizing the local ecology. This isn’t a natural disease — it’s a hybrid of magic and technology, created by a rogue scientist who treats life itself as something to be measured, optimized, and controlled.
The situation is escalating fast, and the usual authorities can’t intervene.

### 🗡️ The Mission

The scientist responsible is protected by a powerful political and magical figure known as the Seer, whose influence makes the operation officially untouchable.
The party’s objective is dangerous and precise:

  • Infiltrate a heavily regulated, pseudo-medieval city
  • Navigate strict laws around magic and surveillance
  • Avoid enforcement forces that suppress unsanctioned spellwork
  • Sever the protection keeping the scientist safe

The only way to stop the plague is to break the Seer’s hold on the city — and that may require eliminating the anchor entirely.
