A Little About Me

I’m Christi, and I just moved to Chicago after living in Florida, originally from Cincinnati. I recently ended a 2.5-year relationship with an international pilot (get ready for crazy town), and like many of you, I know firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and sometimes hilarious modern dating can be. By day, I work in AI/tech and event leadership, but this group is deeply personal for me. I wanted to create a space where women over 40 could come together, share real experiences, and feel supported as we navigate the ups, downs, and sideways swipes of dating apps.

We’ll dive into everything from swipe fatigue and ghosting to figuring out what we really want at this stage of life. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by misleading profiles, disrespectful behavior, or just the sheer chaos of dating apps, you’ll find relief, camaraderie, and new confidence here.
