What is an Akashic Reading? An Akashic reading is a practice that explores the Akashic Records, a spiritual archive or "cosmic library" believed to hold the soul's record of past, present, and potential future experiences. It's like a soul-level data bank containing information about your past lives, current life, and future possibilities. An Akashic reading aims to help you gain insight into your soul's purpose, explore your past, and understand how it impacts your present.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a complementary therapy that utilizes a gentle touch to channel universal life force energy through the body. The term "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words "rei," meaning universal, and "ki," meaning life force energy. Practitioners believe that this energy can help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing abilities.

Tina utilizes Reiki healing to help promote healing of mind, body, and spirit through gentle touch. Reiki supports the release of energetic blocks, enhances clarity, and targets root causes of lifelong trauma.

Come and experience a Sound Bath Healing & Meditation with Reiki at The Agape House! Join Yolanda Lozano and Tina McDonald for a transformative Sound Healing & Meditation infused with Reiki.

The guided meditation will lead you through the process of release, helping you shed old patterns, emotions, or energetic blockages. Through deep breathing and mindfulness, you’ll open yourself to the healing power of letting go, allowing yourself to find inner peace and balance. The sound healing portion will be a deeply immersive experience, incorporating a variety of sacred instruments. These instruments create vibrations that promote deep relaxation and healing, helping to cleanse and align your chakras and create a harmonious sound bath experience, allowing you to fully immerse yourself. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to embrace the next chapter with clarity and lightness. While in meditation, you will individually receive the loving healing energy of Reiki.

No need to bring yoga mats. Because participants will be receiving the healing touch of Reiki (unless otherwise requested not to), you will be comfortably seated or laying on a massage table (first come, first served) while meditating. Feel free to bring water otherwise water will be provided for you.

Every participant also has the option of receiving an Oracle card pull at the end of the meditation.

We will also be raising funds that night for St. Sophia's Forgotten Felines, a no-kill cat rescue based in Wheaton (www.stsff.com).

This event is open to all, whether you are experienced in meditation or trying it for the first time. Come prepared to release, realign, and open yourself to the healing energies of sound and Reiki.
