The Agile Leap

Times have changed! We’re living in the 4th Industrial Revolution, but commonly using techniques designed over 150 years ago during the 2nd Industrial Revolution. So this is a call for the upgrade!

The mission of this meetup group is to bring together Leaders who are interested in finding out how to Build Resilient Organisations; from increasing Customer Satisfaction to Faster Time to Market of the Right Product / Service whilst Building a Positive Working Culture. It's not all about efficiency - effectiveness is equally important.

During our sessions we will focus on:

· Effectiveness - Building the right solutions/products/services

· Efficiency - Better, Cheaper, Faster;

a) creating a no Waste mindset

b)  creating with Quality in mind – building a strong brand and driving the support cost down

· Decreasing risk of new and existing initiatives 

· Increased Customer Satisfaction

· Human Factors / Building High Performing Teams

· Management by Visualisation

Expect: Advanced discussions and Brainstorming sessions on Lean and Agile Concepts.

The meetups will be facilitated by Gail & Joanna – experienced Agile and Lean Practitioners, who have dedicated their lives to Spread the Wisdom on how to thrive in VUCA times / on how to do Business more effectively during VUCA times.
