# Tarot & the Counting of the Omer
## Shavuot Reflection and Journey Wrap-Up
Over the past forty-nine days we have followed the contemplative practice of the Counting of the Omer, reflecting on the qualities of the Sephirot of the Tree of Life through the Minor Arcana cards of the tarot.
In the Jewish tradition, the Omer journey culminates in the festival of Shavuot, a celebration associated with revelation, insight, and the receiving of wisdom.
During this final gathering of the Albuquerque Tarot Tribe, we will come together to reflect on the experiences, insights, and discoveries that emerged during the Omer journey.
Participants are invited to share:
• reflections from the tarot cards they followed during the count
• insights that arose from the daily contemplations
• patterns they noticed among the Sephirot and the Minor Arcana
• lessons they wish to carry forward from this practice
This session will be a relaxed conversation and closing circle as we honor the completion of the Omer journey and look toward the next stage of our paths.
