In a world full of distractions — social media, endless entertainment, and habits that slowly drain our energy — many men find themselves feeling stuck, unfocused, or disconnected from their deeper purpose.

This first session of The Aligned Man – Men’s Personal Growth Group is an open discussion about discipline, habits, and how we can take back control of our time and attention.

Together we’ll explore why so many of us struggle with distractions, how small habits shape the direction of our lives, and how discipline can help us move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.

This is not a lecture — it’s a conversation. The goal is to create a space where men can share openly, reflect honestly, and support each other in becoming more focused, intentional, and purposeful.

In this session we will explore:
• Why modern life is full of distractions that pull us away from our goals
• The hidden impact of bad habits on our energy, focus, and direction
• Why discipline is one of the most important skills for personal growth
• How small daily choices can shape the life we build over time
• Practical ways to start breaking cycles of distraction

This event is for men who want more than surface-level conversation — men who want to grow, reflect, and build a life with greater clarity, discipline, and purpose.

About Your Host - Chris Murphy
I have ran Mens Groups over the last 10 years, around 8 years ago I had one of the biggest self improvement Mens Groups "The Ultimate Male" where we ran events every 2 weeks with many guest speakers, mainly in the dating area.
Since then I have explored many other areas such as Spirituality and Entrepreneurship, travelled all over the world and attended many Mens Circles and feel I want to best bring it all together with a platform to connect Men on some interesting topics where we can share our thoughts and create a great community online and also bring in some different speakers to discuss topics as well.
