Welcome to The Alternative Social 🖤
Honestly, we made this group because we’re in our 20s and want to meet more people who are actually down to hang out and build real friendships. It can be surprisingly hard to find your people, especially when you’re looking for more than just small talk on an app.
We’re into gaming, rock, metal, indie, alternative music, anime, skating, concerts, traveling, thrifting, going out, and finding random things to do together. We’re pretty open to different interests and want to bring a bunch of different people together who share that same alternative vibe.
The goal is to build an actual friend group, not just a list of people on an app. We want people who will actually show up, talk to people, and become part of the group. We can play some games, go out, grab food, go to concerts, take trips, check out events, explore new places, or just see where the night takes us.
No need to fit a specific aesthetic. Just be yourself, be respectful, and actually be down to participate.
Hopefully this turns into one of those friend groups where you join not knowing anyone and eventually end up with people you’re making plans with every weekend. 😽
