Pre-Labor day Pontoon adventure on Lake Meredith

Details
What better way to get ready for Labor Day than cruising on lake, listening to some tunes, and enjoying an ice cold beverage? We're planning to rent a pontoon from 2:00 to 6:00 pm which has room for 10 people. Life jackets are provided. Bring your favorite beverage (no glass allowed), swimsuit, sunglasses, and sunscreen. If the mood strikes us we'll beat the heat by finding a nice hidden cove and throw down anchor for a dip in the lake. We depart from the Sanford-Yake docks at 2:00 pm, but be sure to be there by 1:30 to sign paper work and release forms.
Afterwards, we can retire to a nice spot at the nearby Sanford-Yake campground overlooking the lake and cook some dinner. I'll show up early to stake out a spot and leave my vehicle there. While we cook, take in the beautiful scenery of the water and shorelines with carved out red cliffs, giant white boulders, and mixed foliage. There's really nothing quite like it, especially at sunset. Come out for the adventure stay for the food, comradery, and natural beauty of Lake Meredith!
RSVP to reserve your spot! Expected cost between $40-60 per person based on number of people on the boat.
