The 18,000 year old Tibetan Yungdrung Bön spiritual practice has rich traditions and sophisticated philosophy and teachings. These teachings and practices help to cultivate the heart-mind of compassion and wisdom. They promote healing, forgiveness, clarity, peace, and ultimately lead to enlightenment.
Yungdrung Bön can be categorized into three main sets of teachings. These three sets are known as the Outer, Inner, and Secret teachings (Sutra, Tantra, and Dzogchen.) Each of these sets of teachings is a complete system of spiritual development that can lead the practitioner to attain enlightenment. Yungdrung Bön practitioners may choose to practice one, or more, of these sets of teachings, based on their capacity of understanding and the suitability of the practice.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama has acknowledged that Bön is the native religion of Tibet, and one of the five core spiritual traditions of Tibet. The Dalai Lama has further said that to understand Tibetan culture and history completely, one must understand Bön, and both support and preserve it. This acknowledgment confirms the role of Bön in the historical and current religious and political life of Tibetans.

Worldwide Spiritual Leader of the Ancient Yungdrung Bön Tradition
Join us for an extraordinary evening of wisdom, healing, and spiritual connection with His Holiness, the 34th sMenri Trizin, the world-renowned spiritual head of Yungdrung Bön, the oldest unbroken spiritual tradition of Tibet, with roots tracing back over 18,000 years.
During this special talk, His Holiness will share the rich history and profound wisdom of Yungdrung Bön. He will speak on the ancient practices that promote environmental harmony, inner healing, and our deep, natural connection with the world around us.
Attendees will gain practical tools to bring Bön’s powerful healing practices into modern life—tools that foster personal transformation, clarity, and a sense of balance and peace in the midst of everyday challenges.
One of the highlights of the evening will be a rare and sacred guided meditation led by His Holiness himself. This special meditation is a gift few ever experience and carries the potent blessings of a spiritual master and lineage holder. It is designed to invoke inner peace, calm the mind, and awaken the healing energy within.
Following the talk and meditation, a Q&A session will allow attendees to engage directly with His Holiness.
