This interactive group explores how engaging in the arts rewires the brain, supports emotional resilience, and becomes a vital tool for navigating the transformations of midlife. Specializing in peri-menopause- and post stages this is a support group that meets once a month to play while reducing cortisol. From painting nothing for no reason to nature walks that lead into mandala creations from our found nature treasures, this group offers up conversations AND solutions while lifting each other up!
