Or maybe it's not even that dramatic. Just a constant feeling of too much. Too many things pulling at you. A tiredness that sleep doesn't really fix.
That's exactly where most people are when they walk through the door for the first time.
Every Tuesday at 19:00 we meet at Am Tabor for 75 minutes of movement, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing. Simple practices. Nothing complicated. But something about doing them together, consistently, in a held space - creates a change that's hard to put into words.
This is beyond movement. Beyond energy. Beyond structure. It's about really connecting with yourself - with what's alive in you, with what you've been carrying, and with what wants to be released.
What happens in class:
- Movement sequences to release tension stored in the body
- Breathwork to calm and strengthen the nervous system
- Meditation to quiet the mind and come back to yourself
- Energy healing to go deeper - into what the body holds but the mind can't always reach
