Creative Flow Co-working | The Power of Consistent Small Steps
Details
Creative work can often feel isolating. Even when we are deeply committed to our projects, it is easy to lose momentum, become distracted, or struggle to create the consistent rhythms that allow meaningful work to flourish.
These two-hour co-working sessions are designed to help you show up for your practice, make tangible progress on your projects, and connect with a community of fellow creatives who understand the challenges and joys of sustained creative work.
Whether you are a writer, artist, academic, researcher, entrepreneur, thinker, or simply someone who wants to nurture a more intentional creative routine, these sessions provide a supportive structure for turning inspiration into action.
For just £5 per session, you’ll have a regular creative appointment in your calendar — a space where your work is prioritised, your attention is protected, and your creative practice is supported by a like-minded community.
What to Expect
- 15-minute group coaching exercise: We start with a creativity exercise, prompt, or discussion to set intentions and focus your energy.
- 90 minutes of focused co-working: Work on any project you choose: writing, painting, research, or something else entirely! We use the Pomodoro technique with short breaks to stay refreshed and motivated. (You can keep your camera on or off—whatever helps you maintain focus.)
- 15-minute sharing & reflection: We finish by coming together to share progress, insights, or challenges. This builds accountability and a sense of community over time.
Over time, these moments create accountability, encouragement, and a sense of belonging, reminding us that creative work does not have to happen in isolation.
(Please note: Because these sessions are designed to maintain a focused environment for everyone, no one will be admitted after the first 15 minutes of the session.)
More Than Just Coworking
These sessions are part of a wider creative community built around learning, making, reflection, and mutual support. By creating alongside others, we strengthen our commitment, discover new perspectives, and develop the confidence to continue our work even when motivation fluctuates.
The goal is simple: to create a regular space where you can sit down, do the work, and become the kind of person who consistently brings creative ideas into the world.
About Your Facilitator
I am an academic, writer, and creativity practitioner with extensive experience teaching, researching, and publishing on literature, creativity, and contemplative practices.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with thousands of students, artists, thinkers, and practitioners at all levels, helping them develop clarity, confidence, and depth in their own work.
Alongside my academic career, I am a qualified Psychosynthesis Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained to support personal growth, transformation, and wellbeing. I am also a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MBSR/MBCT) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), allowing me to bring together contemplative, embodied, and psychological approaches to creativity.
This combination of scholarship, coaching, therapeutic training, and meditative practice informs my approach to creativity: not simply as something we produce, but as a way of engaging more deeply with ourselves, our ideas, and the world around us.
