Accounts Receivable. A Deep Look.

In The Art of Financial Mediation we share our 40+ years of experience in managing Accounts Receivable of organisations w/ up to approximately 250 employees.

The group is targeted at CFOs and at professionals, who are de facto in a CFO role, regardless of the job title and description, as well as at professionals, who are specifically focused on or involved — one way or another — in the work around Accounts Receivable, such as client account managers, legal, etc.

We have experience w/ both seasoned professionals and w/ young professionals, who make their first steps in the said roles.

We offer free and practical advice on:

1/ How to identify why Accounts Receivable have slipped beyond the payment terms.

This is, surprisingly often and to a large extent, caused by the organisation itself and can have a number of interwoven root causes stretching along the whole relationship lifecycle.

and

2/ How to fix that, starting w/ the most recent unpaid invoices and then fixing the situation altogether and end-to-end.

We listen, and provide concrete examples and guidelines.
In case, that there are no concrete questions, we make a general presentation.

TIME OF THE EVENT

The time of the event was selected based on the following criteria —

— Thursday — almost the end of the week.

— 16:00 — so that the participants can do it, partially, in their working time, without overstretching the patience of the organisation and without encroaching too much into their private time.

If different time is desired, we are happy to move it.

Same about the location.

LANGUAGE

In our experience a significant number of CFOs and professionals, who are de facto in a CFO role, regardless of the job title and description, as well as at professionals, who are specifically focused on or involved — one way or another — in the work around Accounts Receivable, such as client account managers, legal, etc. in Germany are English speaking.

If someone is unsure of their English, we are fluent in German.
