Liberate and Create with Joy

Have you missed freedom? Have you missed unity? Have you missed coming together with other like-minded people and doing something transformational and fun? How about manifesting new, amazing things while really enjoying the process?
Dive in to Liberate and Create with Joy with a group of creative, passionate people who don't simply accept reality, but CREATE REALITY for ourselves, the community and the world!
The workshop consists or 5 activities:

1. Welcome Share Circle
   This is where we meet and get acquainted, share what's alive and what we envision for ourselves individually and collectively.
2. Transformational Yoga practice
   Focusing on loosening the body, processing trapped emotions, & establishing a free energy flow.
3. Ecstatic Trance Dance
   Move further into the free flow and dance your heart out, expressing everything that remained untold. Allow the energy to move you, release tension, opening yourself up to feel free, liberated and inspired.
   We would suggest that you wear a blindfold (if that feels comfortable, of course) to eliminate outside distractions and really tap into your sweet inner world.
4. Art of manifestation practice
   Continue your free-flowing dance, now with markers and pencils on white paper. We will guide you through a set of super easy drawing algorithms, that work to somatically realign neural pathways and manifest your desires powerfully, while having a lot of fun! These algorythms are so easy to follow, that any person with out exception can have an experience of being a great artist. Not to mention it's a lot of FUN!!!
5. Closing Sharing Circle.
   -We are creating a sacred energy space for this workshop and its very important that we keep closed container. Please arrive on time. The event starts at 6.
   The space is limited to 8 participants and spots are filling up quickly.
