Breathwork is a profound way to clear the system and integrate the past within the body. It is a way to expand ourselves safely with our own deep continuous breath while listening to music. This is a stronger form of a sound bath that is more evocative of our buried and repressed feelings and truths. It really supports our soul journey when we can acknowledge and integrate all that through this simple process.

Winter Solstice is the perfect time to come together for this practice and we will make it into a ceremony in closing. You will affirm this coming time of stillness as it releases our restlessness and we can settle in for a long winters night or 2 during this time of solar standstill.

We will meet at 1 at the lodge. Parking is along the drive as you come down the hill, at the Y and the Lodge and overflow at the campground.

Bring loose clothing, and a water bottle, snacks will be provided. If you can stay till 7 you are invited to enjoy a star labyrinth walk that is a seasonal favorite here.
