Building a foundation in Tai Chi, Learning the basics. Like anything else in life, you pursue, you must have a strong foundation to stand. Anyone interested in learning and tracking their journey through a 100-day cultivation.
The practice of Tai Chi also helps us live life with intention and a sense of purpose. Becoming mindfully aware of our actions allows us to slow down our decision-making to ensure that we are thoughtful and contemplative. Tai Chi reconnects us to an inner knowing or wisdom outside of analytical thinking.
Mindful self-awareness, fostered by the practice of Tai Chi, makes us more aware of our bodies and improves our health and approach to living. It's not just a form of exercise, it's a lifestyle choice that inspires a healthier you.
