Saanich Bonsai Mastery: Sculpting Tiny Trees

Whether you are just starting out with your first nursery stock or you have been refining your collection for years, this session is all about getting hands-on with our trees. We are gathering in Saanich to share techniques, troubleshoot specific challenges with our current projects, and learn from one another in a relaxed environment. It is a great opportunity to get some advice on wiring, pruning, or soil health while enjoying the company of fellow enthusiasts who appreciate the patience required for this craft.

Please bring along a tree you are currently working on or one you have questions about, along with your basic tools if you have them. We want this to be a collaborative space where we can talk through our design choices and share what has worked—and what hasn't—in our local climate.
