What we’re about
The Art Workshop is much more than a place to learn art, it is place for everyone to explore self-expression and find meaningful friendships within a supportive creative community. Whether you are a seasoned artist ready to take your art further, or a beginner hungry for knowledge, this is the place! We will have free or low-cost workshops, social gatherings, and interactive discussions about promoting art. The mediums that we will be exploring are: drawing, painting, pastels, ink, collage, ceramics, jewelry and mosaics. Educators of these workshops are all professional with many years of educational experience. Our events are held in several locations in Phoenix (both the west and east side), Scottsdale, and Tempe. The Phoenix Metro area can be a lonely place for artists. It’s our goal to change that! Make ART and MAKE FRIENDS.

Crafters Convention at WestWorld
Location not specified yetI am posting this as an announcement, not a group event. Bring a friend or perhaps you have out-of-town guests that would love this. There are crafts classes for a small fee in addition to the entry fee, which is $12. Go to the website to buy your tickets or pay at the door. This is entry-level crafts, no prior experience. They have a wide variety of craft activities such as candlemaking, Lino cutting, painting, crochet, mosaic, and more. Exhibitors will also be se selling tools and books.
