I created THE SAUNA because I needed a space like this—a place where I could burn off the noise, the conditioning, the doubt, and return to the truth pulsing beneath my skin.
This is that place.

We gather online and in my Philadelphia art studio—surrounded by canvas, color, and raw conversation.
