Please read Week 1: Recovering a Sense of Safety—just the chapter reading, without completing the tasks.

The tasks will be part of next week’s assignments.

During Sunday’s Meetup, we’ll discuss your thoughts on the reading.

As always, please join us no matter where you are in the reading. All are welcome!

MEETING NOTE: 10 minutes after the meeting starts at 4 pm central time, admittance to the meeting will be closed so as not to disturb shares.
