Join us and connect more richly and deeply with yourself, your body, the world, and the people in your life.
Every Sunday under the trees.
All belief systems are welcome. The meditations and reflections are intended to add fuel to whatever you believe. Like gasoline for your car.
A few of us offer meditations and reflections every week. A potluck for mind and soul. Come a month or two and then bring your own meditation potluck dish to the party!
Test run: Moving it from 1.25 hours to 1.5 hours this week. We always seem to go over.

Directions
to the meditation spot inside Paul Ream Wilderness Park at 1600 500 N, Provo, UT 84601:
1-Head East on the bike trail about 40 feet from the parking lot.
2-Cross the bridge into the park.
3-Turn right and head towards the hut with the moss roof. We're between that and the fence along the Provo river. About 100 feet to the right of the bridge into the park.
4-Follow the yellow arrow signs if you don't see us there.
Alternate meeting place
If there is rain, etc-we'll post which pavilion we're at on the meetup.
As winter approaches we'll transition inside. Probably to a meditation space in Springville.
