May 1 falls on a Full Moon, and not a quiet one. The Sun is in Taurus, the Moon rises in Scorpio: the axis of the body, desire, and what we're ready to release. A week earlier, Uranus entered Gemini for the first time in 84 years. The air has shifted. The beach feels like the right place to notice it.

AstroYo is a two-hour morning gathering where astrology and yoga meet outdoors. We'll start with an astrology session,, exploring the current sky and what it means personally, using your birth chart as a map. Then we move into a yoga practice designed around the same theme: grounding what needs grounding, opening what wants to open.

No astrology knowledge needed. No yoga experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to show up.

Bring your mat and wear comfortable clothes. Snacks and water are included. A contribution of €15 supports the community and keeps these gatherings going. Yoga equipment not included, if you need to borrow a mat, let us know in advance.

Don't know your birth chart? Send us your birth date, time, and place of birth before the event and we'll prepare it for you.

AstroYo es un encuentro matutino de dos horas donde la astrología y el yoga se unen al aire libre. Empezamos con una sesión de astrología para explorar el cielo actual y lo que significa a nivel personal, usando tu carta natal como mapa. Después pasamos a una práctica de yoga diseñada alrededor del mismo tema: enraizar lo que necesita raíces, abrir lo que quiere abrirse.

No hace falta saber astrología. No hace falta experiencia en yoga. Solo curiosidad y ganas de estar.

Trae tu esterilla y ropa cómoda. El picoteo y el agua están incluidos. Una contribución de 15 € sostiene la comunidad y hace posibles estos encuentros. El material de yoga no está incluido, si necesitas una esterilla, avísanos con antelación.
