Welcome to The Atheist Community of The Tri-Cities Meetup! We are a group of like-minded individuals who value reason, science, and critical thinking. Our group is open to atheists, agnostics, freethinkers, and secular humanists who are interested in discussing atheism, skepticism, and secularism. We value living the good life without dogma, and we hope to create a community that is welcoming, supportive, and uplifting for all non-believers and skeptics. Join us for fun meetups where we explore our shared interests in secular humanism and enjoy meaningful conversations with fellow free thinkers.

Join us for a thoughtful and engaging morning of discussion as the Atheist Community of the Tri-Cities gathers at The Well Coffee Shop JC to explore Cosmos by Carl Sagan. This meeting is open to both those who have read the book and those who are simply interested in making new connections and discussing secularist ideas.

Together, we’ll discuss Sagan’s reflections on science, skepticism, humanity’s place in the universe, and the importance of reason and curiosity in understanding the world around us. Whether certain chapters challenged your thinking, inspired awe, or raised new questions, this will be a welcoming space for open conversation and respectful exchange of ideas.

Our group is especially focused on building connection and community for the nonreligious in the area. This is a new group; invite a friend! Expect a relaxed atmosphere, good coffee, and friendly discussion.
