Resisting Inertia: Change and the Need for Connection
Details
For our next sit, we are meeting at La Vena Café in Al Qana. I’ve heard good things about the atmosphere there, and it should provide a great backdrop for our discussion.

In the spirit of New Year’s resolutions and the continuous desire for change, we often hit obstacles that resist that progress. Often these forces are internal, but they can also be environmental, societal, religious, or even purely scientific, like the concept of inertia.
To overcome this resistance, we often need a connection. This might take a spiritual form, or perhaps it’s just having someone in your corner who truly believes in you. Sometimes, all it takes is you believing in yourself and being your own connection.
I’m interested in hearing your thoughts on how we can create and cultivate these kinds of connections to help us change for the better.
I'll be there a few minutes early to grab a spot. Hope to see you all.
See you Sunday.
