Online: How Accessible are WordPress Forms by Default?

This is a joint meetup with WP Accessibility Meetup group.

One of the most common questions asked by WordPress users is: What form plugin should I use? While there are many factors in selecting a WordPress form plugin, an important element is whether users can actually fill it out.

In this presentation, Gen will highlight several of the most popular WordPress form plugins and how accessible the forms they create are. Gen will evaluate against Section 508 (form testing) and WCAG 2.2 level AA criteria using the default WordPress theme and the same content.

This presentation will also include a detailed spreadsheet covering the form plugins tested and how they scored on each criterion.
