Bio:

Ian Ord

Founder & Creative Director

From a young age, Ian Ord was always a wanderer. Even at 2 years of age, on a walk with his father, he had to lead the way and explore the world around him. At the Age of 16, Ian got his first ‘real’ taste of the world outside his home town of Guelph, Canada when he decided to hitchhike across the country with one of his colleagues. 2 1/2 months later, with what felt like a lifetime’s worth of experience, he arrived to his final destination for this journey, in the city of Victoria, British Columbia.

This journey was the gateway to what later became a life long quest, to explore as much as the world has to offer. Having experienced visiting ALL 7 continents, studied Tourism and Travel, worked 6 years in IT as the company’s head technical trainer for a large global tour operator, and now resides as a perpetual expat and digital nomad, Ian lives and breathes travel!

Living with a motto of “You only live once”, he constantly pushes his own limits, in terms of kindness, compassion, understanding, and participation with all the world has to throw at him. With the world as his oyster, and a road full of endless possibilities, you can be sure he won’t be stopping any time soon.

His life mission is to inspire as many people as possible to break free from their comfort zones, and experience some of the many wonders the world has to offer. Travel continues to change his life for the better, and he wishes to share that type of experience with as many people as possible.
