Sat Spin | Sant Miquel del Fai (intermediate 115kms/1100m)

Hi everyone, the plan on Saturday is to go and take in the fantastic views from Sant Miquel del Fai.

Meeting at Hotel Arts we will make a loop up from La Roca. The way passes through some nice villages before eventually climbing up to the old monastery.

The road home is descending and we plan a cafe stop somewhere around 80kms.

Meeting 8am (starting early to get ahead of the heat). Bring everything you need and the route so you can continue at your own pace if you would like to. The plan is to be back in Barcelona for lunchtime.

Intermediate pace means easyish on the flats (we might push from time to time). Everyone then opens up on the climbs and we regroup at the top. Expect a total ride average of around 24/25kph.

We may also split the group if some want to push on quicker.
