Intermediate loop to Gelida, Valldoreix, 79 km

This is a fun circuit which takes us across the Llobregat and up into the rolling hills above Gelida, down the far side and a blast along to Martorell, then back across the river for breakfast in Valldoreix. Finally up the Arrabassada and home in time for lunch.
My intermediate pace averages 23km, and we'll gather as always at the tops and bottoms of the climbs.
