Languages on the Erlang VM: Efene

Hi everyone

Make sure to put a mark in your calendars: on March 22nd Mariano Guerra, a known figure in the Erlang community and creator of the Erlang VM language efene, will be in Basel and pay a visit to your meetup group.

In his talk Mariano will introduce the efene programming language, history, reason of existence, main features, some code examples, tooling, how does it compare with other language on the Erlang VM, how to get started and how to help the project.

If there's enough interest and time there will be an overview of "how BEAM languages are made" exploring different alternatives and existing language implementations.
