All you have to do is throw high density rubber balls (4.5" diameter) at wooden pins and try to miss the gaps! Skittles alleys can vary considerably in length but are usually around 10 metres. ARRIVE BY 7.15pm for a 7.30pm PROMPT START. A match fee of £2-5 (depending on numbers attending) may be requested to cover the cost of a 'Sticker Up'. PLEASE BRING THE EXACT AMOUNT IN CASH. The Harington Club also prefers to be paid in cash for drinks to save on admin costs.

The Harington Club is a Private Members Club so everyone who is not a Member is effectively an invited guest. A 'House Rule' is that coats should not be worn in the bar so please leave them in the cloakroom on arrival.

Hi all. Leigh Woods and Avon Gorge Walk, length - about 6 miles, across the bridge, down to the gorge, back up through the woods to Paradise Bottom, and back to the bridge. Well-behaved agile dogs allowed. Start point - the Observatory on the hill above the Bristol side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge at 11am. Page 66, square 2B of the A to Z for Bristol and Bath. Postcode BS8 3PJ. Bring drinking water, waterproofs, walking boots. No Plus-ones allowed on this walk. Please bring a small contribution for the Meetup subscription (suggested 50p)
