You are invited to experience a Sound of Soul event in a welcoming judgment free environment. You will have the opportunity to practice this simple contemplation method, singing HU.

HU is an ancient mantra and a sacred sound. HU vibrationally opens the heart making it possible to transform a negative state to one of loving acceptance and inner balance.

HU is a spiritual technique that can be used when facing daily challenges. HU is described as a carrier of love between Soul (your true self) and God.

This event includes:

· A description of the HU song and how to practice it
· Reading of a contemplative passage
· A 15-minute HU chant, followed by quiet contemplation
· Friendly spiritual conversation and sharing insights and ask questions

The HU chant is easy and does not require prior experience. You are welcome to join in or simply listen to the beautiful sound.
