What we’re about
Do you love the Beatles? Do you love singing their leads or vocal harmonies? Do you love playing the instrumental parts? If you do, join us at The Beatles Sing Along 7 - 9:30 pm each 2nd Saturday of the month in downtown Leesburg, VA. All you need is love for Beatles music. All levels of musicianship are welcome, just make sure you bring that Beatles spirit and are ready to sing and play your heart out.
We gather in a circle and each member in turn selects a song for the group to sing. To make it easy to join in, Lawrence Brand, along with other musicians, leads the singing. Songbooks are provided. Other instruments are welcome. Plenty of free parking is available. Please RSVP so we have seating for everyone. It’s Free.
We have so much FUN enjoying the music of the most prolific musical group of all time! I hope you’ll join us! A splendid time is guaranteed for all!! Cheers!

The Beatles Sing-Along: Sgt Pepper August 9, 2025
If you've been to past meetups, it's a great time playing and singing Beatles stuff. The tradition continues...with our 20th meetup on August 9, 2025.
We'll be meeting in Herndon, Virginia. The address will be provided on Friday prior to the event. We’re limited to 20 RSVP's, so sign up early. RSVP's for this event will open on July 13, 2025. Numbers over 20 will be wait-listed, and we'll try to accommodate everyone we can. If you want to bring a guest, please RSVP for both of you.
We'll have a piano on-site, as well as some percussion instruments, and songbooks/music stands for attendees to use.
Players are welcome to bring guitars/basses/ukuleles, etc....just be aware of the smaller venue. We'll figure out what works.
You don't need any great talent or skill...just a love for the music, and a positive energy to share with the group. For 2025, we're playing the Beatles' albums in order, doing Revolver (UK and US Releases) in the first hour, with a round-robin of singer-chosen songs for the rest of the time. We kick off promptly @ 7 PM, so get there any time after 6:30, so you can settle in, tune up, and meet the other attendees.
The Sing-Along is free, but donations to defray hosting costs are always welcome.
