Welcome to the Beatrice and Benedick Couples Group! This Meetup is dedicated to couples living in and around the Hendersonville NC area who are looking to expand their social circle. Join us for fun times filled with laughter, adventure, and opportunities to make new friends with other couples who share similar interests. Excursions will include plays (not just Shakespearean), progressive dinners & supper clubs, holiday-themed parties, and outdoor activities. During the spring, we will join forces with other groups for a county-wide Servant Saturday to help support local non-profits.

Unwind at the end of a long day and make new friends when you join Jocassee Lake Tours for a relaxing Sunset Tour. They don’t go very far and they don’t go very fast (though there is always a waterfall or two to see) on this late day excursion. Watching the color change over the mountains and across the water is nothing short of magical!

Day-parking fee is not included with boat tour ticket. You will need to stop at Ranger Station to pay parking fee (unless you have a seasonal pass) and obtain a hang-tag for your car.THE MEETUP - Where we will be...
Upon entering the park, stay RIGHT and follow signs to the Ranger Station. Park in the upper parking area near the Oconee Bell Nature Trail. Arrive a bit early and join us for a Tailgate Social from 4-5pm. Bring your own food & drinks, adult-beverages are allowed.THE BOAT - What to Bring & Know...
- Small cooler of anything you would like to eat/drink
- Dress in seasonally appropriate clothing
- Evenings can be chilly on the lake, so bring along a jacket or blanket
- Camera
- Appropriate gratuities for your guide are greatly appreciated!
- Restroom facilities are available near the Ranger Station
- "Nature breaks" are offered during the tour, upon request

Theology on Tap at Lutheridge
Love diving into God’s word? Love exploring the flavors of a good craft beer? Want an experience with a community where the two things go together? Join us at Lutheridge for Theology on Tap. Pastors Andrea and Kyle Bates will lead you in Bible study. We will explore theological questions together and discover how discipleship is “brewed” in us all through the Holy Spirit. The group will also enjoy a sampling of the local breweries around Asheville, NC, and a dinner out at a brewery on Saturday.SIDE NOTE: If you haven't been to one of Lutheridge's retreats... Double means sharing a room with another person, Single means you have the room all to yourself. If you select "Double" you can list the name of the person you want to share with -or- they will appropriately pair you up with another guest. A great way to meet people and develop new friendships!

A stage production performed by the Hendersonville Theatre Group. This play takes place just four days before Christmas at the Snowflake Inn in Tinsel, Texas, innkeeper Trina is overwhelmed by a parade of quirky guests. From feuding aunts and self-absorbed actors to a mischievous Mrs. Claus and a tipsy housekeeper, the Yuletide chaos spirals into laugh-out-loud mayhem. But when the Futrelle sisters and their best friend come together for a surprise Christmas Eve wedding, the festivities take a heartfelt turn. This zany, feel-good comedy will have you laughing all the way to the holiday spirit!JOIN US for Opening Night! If you haven't been, this is a small theatre so we do not have a row blocked off - it is first come, first serve and sells-out quickly. BEFORE the play, you are welcome to join the group for Dinner @ 6PM at Marino's Pizza House, located at 228 Kanuga Rd, Hendersonville within easy walking distance to and from the theatre. They have extra seating to accommodate larger groups.
PARKING is available for free, behind the Theatre and along both sides of Washington street.
