What we’re about
The Becoming Project is designed for people who are tired of playing small and ready to step into their authentic power. This isn't about quick fixes or surface-level changes—it's about getting honest about what's holding you back, defining who you need to become, and finally taking action on what matters most.
Real growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens in phases, with intention, and in community. We've created a space for genuine transformation through honest conversations, practical tools, and supportive accountability.
Who This Is For
- You feel stuck and ready to break free from limiting patterns.
 - You have dreams but struggle to turn them into reality.
 - You're done with excuses and ready for honest self-reflection.
 - You want authentic community and real conversations about growth.
 - You're willing to show up, do the work, and support others on their journey.

OnlineMaking Peace with Anxiety — Learning to Work With, Not Against, Yourself
This hands-on session follows our live podcast What Anxiety Really Is — and How to Work With It (you can request the recording here.
Together, we’ll take what we explored in conversation and turn insight into action — helping you understand your own patterns, calm your system, and build a more grounded relationship with your mind.
This isn’t about fixing or fighting your anxiety.
It’s about noticing what it’s trying to tell you, responding with honesty, and finding steadiness when things feel uncertain.Through guided reflections, shared discussion, and simple grounding techniques, you’ll learn how to move from reactivity to response — from spiralling thoughts to presence.
You’ll be invited to explore three key areas:### 1. Listen Before You Label
What does anxiety actually feel like in your body?
We’ll look at how it shows up — the signals, sensations, and stories — and what shifts when you pause to listen instead of judge.### 2. Reclaim Your Calm
Discover practical grounding tools to help regulate your nervous system in real time.
You’ll learn how to anchor yourself when emotions peak and gently return to a place of clarity and control.### 3. Build Trust with Yourself
We’ll reflect on boundaries, self-compassion, and what it means to trust your own pace.
Because confidence doesn’t come from silence or suppression — it comes from self-understanding and steady practice.Join Shanti and Tatiana for a 60-minute workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your inner critic, and create space for calm — even when life feels anything but.

•OnlineBuilding Real Confidence That Lasts
OnlineWhat Confidence Really Is — and How to Strengthen It
This month, we’re taking a closer look at confidence — not the loud, performative kind, but the quiet steadiness that helps you trust yourself, even when things feel uncertain.
In our live podcast conversation, we’ll unpack what confidence actually means (and what it doesn’t). We’ll talk about where self-doubt comes from, how comparison and fear sneak in, and why confidence isn’t about always feeling sure — it’s about learning to keep going even when you’re not.
You’ll walk away with practical ways to build inner steadiness: how to recognise your strengths, quiet the inner critic, and move through fear without letting it take over. We’ll explore boundaries, self-trust, and the small daily actions that create genuine confidence — the kind that grows quietly but lasts.
