Join Shanti and Tatiana for a hands-on workshop about how to overcome doubt and hesitation, what self-sabotage is really about and how to balance safety and fear to get yourself into taking action.
Reflection points:
- Think back to a recent moment of hesitation. What was underneath it—fear, confusion, or something else?
- Remember a time you self-sabotaged. What were you protecting yourself from?
- What would help you feel safe enough to act? Are those needs realistic? What’s the cost of waiting?
The hosts will guide the conversation through powerful questioning and prompts, unlocking your limiting beliefs and inspire you to take steps forward towards your goal.

Shanti is a digital nomad living her dream; combining her two passions of exploring the world and doing work with purpose. As a coach, mentor and guide, she supports her clients through transformational life changes and becoming their true self.
Tatiana is a marketer and brand strategist who helps individuals and brands find clarity in their identity to move with purposeful intention. Driven by curiosity about people, culture, and what really motivates us, she brings a grounded, honest approach—cutting through the noise to focus on what’s real and what matters.

Program Structure
This is a 3 month program. Each month includes:
- 30 minutes live podcast between the hosts where a new topic is introduced and they share their own personal experience to inspire you on your own journey.
- 1 hour interactive workshop where you’ll have the opportunity to explore, reflect and be inspired together with others who also want to grow and transform their lives.

🤑 Is it for free? Yes! These are free sessions with the option to donate, completely up to you!
📚 Do I have to attend every event? No, you can choose which events to attend - each one is independent. All 30-minute sessions are recorded, and you'll receive these recordings for free before the workshops to help inspire your participation. Just contact us directly to access them!
⏰ Running late? Our doors close 5 minutes past but don't panic! Our 30 min podcast sessions are recorded, reach out to us and we will send you a link! Please note that our workshop sessions are NOT recorded and you will need to arrive in time to participate.
💻 Do I have to turn my camera? For our 30 min podcast sessions, we encourage you to have your camera on but it is not mandatory. For our 60 min workshop sessions you are expected to have your camera on throughout.
🤝 Do I have to speak / participate? The 30 min podcast sessions are non-participation calls, these function as an inspiration for your own growth and personal development. The 60 min workshop sessions are participation-based and you're expected to partake in conversations with the hosts and other participants.
