Time: 5.15 AM - 6.15 AM
I am Anju Jindal. I am passionate about learning about good health. I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I have been reflecting deeply on my habits and my journey of becoming the best version of myself. One habit that truly has the power to transform our lives is waking up before sunrise. This is inspired by the book *The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma*
That’s why I am starting this 5 AM Club — a community for early risers, go-getters, and dreamers who are serious about turning their dreams into reality.
We will meet early mornings for 1 hour at a local spot. Together, we’ll:
☀️Catch first glimpse of Sunrise
☀️Move our bodies (yoga, walking, running, cycling, or sports)
☀️Share our intentions or dreams for the day
☀️Uplift each other and head home energized
