🌅 Hello Dreamers!

I am Anju Jindal. I am passionate about learning about good health. I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I have been reflecting deeply on my habits and my journey of becoming the best version of myself.

That’s why I am starting this 5 AM Club —
We will meet early mornings for 1 hour at a local spot. Together, we’ll:

I will lead the morning in below format:
☀️Catch first glimpse of Sunrise
☀️Move our bodies (yoga,walking, running, cycling, or sports for 20 mins) ☀️Breathing techniques 10 mins
☀️We will engage in circle sharing about what are we curious about ? Refrain from talking about your profession, your personal details, or your earlier day events. The idea is to get inspired by each other's passions in life. 10 mins
