Join Monica and Alison, The Berkshire Sound Therapists, for an afternoon of cacao and creativity.
Cacao is a plant medicine with a multitude of powerful properties. It can help us to access a creative state by grounding us, and can help us to connect to our higher selves, tune in to our intuition and bring ourselves back in line with our natural vibration. We'll be using cacao at the start of the workshop to connect with our creativity.
Following a beautiful cacao ceremony, to connect us all to our hearts and creative energy, guidance will be given to begin the painting journey. During the event, gongs and other instruments will be played to help enhance the experience, to quieten our minds and connect us to our centres, so our creativity can flourish.
We all hold an abundance of creative energy inside of us, but we can only access this when our noisy minds step out of the way. Join us for this fun and connective workshop in Forest Park, Bracknell, and unleash your creativity within.
