Join us for a unique tennis holiday experience in a sunny location of Tuscany, Italy tailored for players of all ages and levels.

THE LOCATION:

You will be training with me on first class clay courts in one of the best tennis resorts, located right next to stunning sunny beaches in famous Italian region of Toscana.

Our tennis resort is located literally few minutes walk to the sandy beaches of beautiful "Spiaggia Roccamare".
The area of “Marrema Toscana” is boasting some of the best and most typical local restaurants, bars with some of the best Mediterranean foods you can think of, that will make your stay super special!

Our tennis resort is also just 10 minutes drive to local town “Castiglione della Pescaia” should you want to visit local markets or go out for a great dinner, making it a perfect location for your best “Tennis holiday experience”!

THE TYPICAL WEEKLY PROGRAM & DAILY SCHEDULE:

Every day we focus on one particular sector of the game:
Monday – Mostly Forehands – technique, footwork and control of the strokes.
Tuesday – Forehands + Backhands – technique, footwork, topspin and slice on both side.
Wednesday – We add Serve & Return into the training routine
Thursday – Volleys, overheads, special shots & We also focus a lot on fitness and correct footwork for all strokes.
Friday – All Strokes together + tactics and playing lots of match situations with others.

TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE:

###### * in case of having 2 groups, first group starts at 9am, and the second group at 11am

9am – 15 mins “ATP Pros like” warm up.
9.15-10am – Tennis training session with technical, physical and tactical focus by applying PLB Tennis Method® into your game.
10 am – 11.00am – Focusing on Spanish clay court drills & exercises to simulate actual game situation. Also great Cardio workout to improve your stamina.
11.00am – End of morning training session, time for lunch and relax.
4pm – 7pm – Possibility of playing matches or having a hitting session with other players.

Staying in Rocchete Tennis Resort is an experience on its own.
Hotel has super spacious and very comfortable rooms with tennis court views and is run by super friendly family team.
Our resort is located in a very quiet area, away from business to make your stay as pleasent as possible.
The resorts Restaurant has a great selection of the best local mediterranean food.

Over the past 15 years as a Pro Performance Tennis Coach I have worked with countless number of club tennis players. From kids to adults and ITF/ATP Pros, from tennis clubs and academies in Spain, London, Prague and Germany to performance tennis academies like Sanchez-Casal, GCIT and others in Spain.
I am now running my own Intensive tennis Training program for Adults & Performance Juniors.

In my long career as a Pro Tennis Coach I have worked with many players who later became top ranked players in their countries and I have spent lots of time working with ITF/ATP Players and also I have competed on International tournaments myself.
As a player myself I also won BUSA Universities League in Great Britain 3 years in a row (London Metropolitan University team) and I have also won some British LTA tournaments and reached many finals competing with some top players while living in London, UK.
As a junior player I was highly ranked in Czech republic before getting injured at the age of 18 – which led me to focus more on coaching career and helping others to teach them what I have learnt as a Performance player growing up in the 5th best tennis club in Czech republic and being coached by some top coaches who taught me amazing things that I now pass on to others.
