Come up for air at the Balloon Regatta in Page, Arizona. There’s a reason this hot air balloon festival is designated as one of Page's signature events. There is a daily balloon launch at 7:15 am from the golf course and John C. Page Memorial Park. In addition, Lake Powell Blvd. gets a serious glow-up on Saturday night. Over twenty pilots will showcase their balloons up and down the street. See how everything gets a little brighter at this citywide favorite.

Situated directly below Davis Dam and north of Laughlin Bridge, Davis Camp is fast becoming one of the most frequented and popular public recreation areas on the Colorado River. With more than a mile and a half of shoreline, Davis Camp is an ideal place for all water sport enthusiasts. Whether you are looking for fun on the river or seeking a place to relax in the warm breeze through the palm trees, Davis Camp gives you the experience that you are seeking.

Catalina State Park is located at the base of the Santa Catalina Mountains. It is home to nearly 5,000 saguaros and desert plants. The park is several minutes by car away from the Tucson metropolitan area. The park is home to trails for activities like birding, biking, backpacking and hiking, including Romero Ruin Trail, Nature Trail, Romero Canyon Trail, Sutherland Trail, Canyon Loop Trail, 50-Year Trail, Birding Trail, and the Bridle Trail. Certain trails also connect with other trails in Coronado National Forest, continuing to Mount Lemmon, the highest peak in the Santa Catalina Mountains.

Tucked away in the rolling hills of southeastern Arizona is Patagonia Lake State Park. This park is an ideal place to find whitetail deer roaming the hills and great blue herons walking the shoreline. The campground overlooks a 265-acre man-made lake where anglers catch crappie, bass, bluegill, and catfish. Trout is stocked every three weeks from October through March. Hikers can stroll along the beautiful creek trail and see a variety of birds such as the canyon towhee, Inca dove, vermilion flycatcher, black vulture, and several species of hummingbirds.
