It’s the queerest night of the year, y’all! Let’s link up for dinner, sparkle, and bi visibility at the 2025 Austin Pride Parade on Saturday, August 23, 2025. This year’s theme is “Silence = Death”—a reminder that queer joy is resistance and visibility saves lives. 🌈
We’ll start with dinner at Velvet Taco downtown, then head right outside to Congress Ave to cheer on the parade and soak in the magic ✨

Starts at the Texas State Capitol, marches down Congress Avenue, ends at Congress Bridge/Cesar Chavez by around 10 PM. Parade viewing is free.***

Bi Joy = Bi Power ✊
Let’s talk about the intersection of queer joy and activism. How does visibility (or invisibility) show up in your life as a bi/pan person? Where have you felt silenced or erased, and where do you shine brightest? How do we keep the joy alive while holding space for the pain and the power of our stories?***
AGENDA:
6:30–6:45 PM — Arrive at Velvet Taco, order food, mingle 🌮🍻
6:45–7:45 PM — Dinner + discussion 🗣️
7:45 PM — Head outside to Congress Ave together to claim a parade spot
8:00–10:00 PM — Austin Pride Parade!! 🌈🎊
10:00 PM+ — Optional post-parade hangs! (We’ll decide together in the moment.)***

- Cash/card for food
- Pride flags, signs, glitter, glow sticks, etc.
- Your beautiful self in all your queerness 🥰
- Comfortable shoes for walking and standing
