Lessons from Nehemiah - Bible study

Nehemiah grieved for a place he had never seen. He mourns, fasts, prays and then takes action. He leads the effort to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

94 years after king Cryus of Persia decrees the return of the Jews to their land after exile, Nehemiah goes to Jerusalem. The book of Nehemiah details his steadfastness in the face of opposition and his trusting appeals to God on behalf of his people.
